Educational Requirements:
∎ The applicants should hold a university degree in Social welfare, education or international law. B.Ed. degree is desirable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The overall purpose for this position is to conduct training and maintain coordination among the stakeholders. S/he will conduct capacity building activities among the key stakeholders especially teachers of Government learning centre, SMC of targeted area under Teknaf and Ukiya as per project target with the support of Education sector and Govt affiliated department. S/he will contribute the project goal of positive parenting, capacity building, system strengthening of key stakeholders with the support of Govt and local partners. The position requires strong communication and mobilization skills among the project stakeholders.
∎ Apart from this s/he will work closely with Upazilla Primary Education Office, Education Sector, relevant service providers, Govt primary school teachers, relevant technical expertise to ensure quality programming with particular emphasis on positive parenting, Early childhood development, capacity building, system strengthening, Govt. primary school programming, CP mainstreaming, LSBE, CP case management, child friendly spaces, Early childhood development & Youth Programing. This position will report to Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide good coordination mechanism with DPEO, UPEO, sector, Camp In Charge and local authorities to ensure the positive parenting guideline.
∎ Good facilitation skill on parenting education handbook, parenting education facilitators notebook, Crisis and gender sensitive education planning, management and coordination.
∎ Review and rework on existing documents related to skill development, system strengthening and capacity development and re-development as per field finding with the coordination with UNESCO.
∎ Keep very good coordination with local Upazilla and District primary education office for collaborative implementation.
∎ Develop positive relationships with partners, government, UN and I/NGOs and other actors present in the field for effective coordination through strategic communication
∎ Assist to promote Education policy, early childhood care and development policy in alignment of project priorities.
∎ Provide need based support to National Office (NO) and APs in particular programming and logistics area.
∎ Strong coordination and networking with different consortium, likelihood service deliverables.
∎ Develop plan of action, facilitate the events and produce the event report in daily basis.
∎ Ensure humanitarian accountability aligning with the organizational accountability mechanism and practice
∎ Ensure timely & quality reporting and other documentation for internal and externals audience
∎ Training organizer will conduct capacity building training, strengthening of GPS and LC teacher in both camp and HC.
∎ Facilitate need assessment, problem identification, service mapping, situation analysis.
∎ Integration/coordination with Education sectors and Govt affiliated department for ensuring smooth operation of the programme.
∎ At least 95% accomplishment of work plan done according to project goal and approved budget
∎ Assign program monitoring through proper monitoring tools.
∎ Ensure close coordination among the sector and subordinate for quality programing.
∎ Track and analyze regular project progress and details implementation plan and consult with the relevant sector/project manager for financial tracking.
∎ Ensure close coordination among functional department, sectors for strategic guidance and planning.
∎ Prepare and share daily, weekly, half yearly, monthly, quarterly and yearly to respective authorities, partners and sectors where applicable.
∎ Ensure field level coordination with key stakeholders, Camp In Charge, School authorities, sector representatives, primary education department, site management, School Management Committee and Camp coordination
∎ Strengthen relationship with DPEO, UPEO, VDC, SMC, GPS, CIC, UNO, local leader, Chairman, Ward Commissioner, Majhee, Block committee, Key stakeholders of the Rohingya and host community.
∎ The Stakeholders assisted for different program according to the project design.
∎ Advocate on positive parenting, system strengthening, capacity building, Education issues in forums and meetings, collaborate with Govt. and like-minded Non. Govt. organizations.
∎ Facilitate capacity building of host community and Rohingya teachers by coaching, training, workshop, and orientation.
∎ Supervise and monitor the host community and Rohingya teachers in program implementation services.
∎ Preparation of case study and success story on a quarterly basis.
∎ All reports and records are properly documented
∎ Develop and use different IEC/BCC material for Education activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Education, Social work and emergency response
∎ Proficient English communication skills (both oral and written)
∎ Advance knowledge on CPMS, Red Cross and NGO Code of Conduct
∎ Strong interpersonal relationship and team building back ground
∎ Excellent analytical, documentation, problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
∎ Possess the ability to work with different partners, Govt officials, local authorities, sector, local organizations and NGOs, to develop and maintain positive collaboration and relationship.
∎ Must be ready to work in a multi-cultural environment
∎ Familiar with GPS, LC, Myanmar curriculum, peace building, community engagement, and adolescent engagement
∎ Appropriate communication skill and approachable
∎ Must have no history of violation of children rights
∎ Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina
∎ Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment
