Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors or Master’s degree in any discipline.
∎ B.Ed/M.Ed will be given preference.
∎ Training of Trainers and or training of Teachers

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Training plan, including module, lesson plans;
∎ Implement and manage training plan;
∎ Supervision of training sessions;
∎ Reporting and documentation;
∎ Liaison and coordination with Government and NGO Stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years’ experience in NGOs/INGOSs/GOB as core trainer/master trainer and have expertise in developing training manuals, training materials, facilitating teachers training etc.
∎ Skills :
∎ Training planning and management
∎ Training module and material development, maual and material development, lesson plan;
∎ Learner assessment;
∎ Training and facilitation
∎ Report writing;
∎ Communication and presentation on computer.

The vast majority of staff are in field positions, with specialist sectoral and support units in Rangpur and Dhaka.
