Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Coordinate, manage, and deliver training programs.
∎ • Develop, deliver, and manage training curriculum.
∎ • Prepare Budget for Training
∎ • Training related documentation, report writing and resource management
∎ • Providing Quarterly and Annual Training Reports
∎ • Coordinating training programs as the need arises
∎ • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Extensive field visit (80%) is required

∎ • Willing to provide training in the field level especially in the field of micro-finance.
∎ • Excellent oral and written (English and Bangla) communications skills.
∎ • Good skills in common word processing (MS Word), spreadsheet (MS Excel).
∎ • Team player and self-starter.
∎ • Flexible and able to embrace change positively.
