Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitates learning through a variety of delivery methods (Classroom, virtual training, conference call, and train the trainer sessions and peer-to-peer coaching)
∎ Trains from introductory to advanced levels.
∎ Conduct/Ensure product, sales & people development training.
∎ Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
∎ Identify skill gaps including areas like product knowledge, sales and develops/implements appropriate training strategies and curriculum to minimize these gaps.
∎ Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.
∎ Development, upkeep and maintenance of the relevant Product & Sales training modules & Provide one- on- one sales training, coaching and /or mentoring for sales representatives, as needed.
∎ Plan, deliver, and evaluate training of trainer (TOT) for leadership and management skills.
∎ Lead the process of ensuring ongoing uptake and transfer of leadership and management skills and best practices to the job.
∎ Effectively manage the training budget * evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting the target.
∎ Perform Field visits as needed, to both assess Sales Representatives and provide focused selling skill development through field-based training.
∎ Facilitates selling workshops during Global Training Meets, new product rollouts and at in-house training facility.
∎ Provide regular feedback and /or appraisals of new hires as well as the existing sales teams on their selling performance.
∎ Responsible for analyzing product and to prepare competitor comparison presentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years experiences in similar role in Mobile Phone Industry.
∎ Marketing Training
∎ Experience in will get preference.
∎ Good Knowledge of English
∎ Good Knowledge of Computer (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
∎ Excellent Communication skills.
∎ Knowledge in mobile technology can be added value in this role.
