Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Tasks
∎ Planning for community mobilization, Participatory Assessment and reporting.
∎ Assist to conduct baseline survey and reporting.
∎ Assist to Project staff in community mobilization activities, conduction of Participatory Assessment, preparation of community action plan and reporting.
∎ Assist to ensure participation of community peoples and other stakeholders in planning and implementation.
∎ Assist to prepare awareness program implementation plans.
∎ Assist and observe different days at working.
∎ Develop Capacity Building Tools and Monitoring.
∎ Preparing capacity building and training work plan and budget including training calendar of ToT and field level training of stakeholders in the districts in which S/he will be operating.
∎ Facilitate, conduct and manage the training and workshops at different level.
∎ Prepare capacity building modules/curriculum/materials/handouts.
∎ Supervise and monitor the activities of the field staff and facilitators.
∎ Reporting and Documentation
∎ Assist project staff to prepare community level reporting and documentation.
∎ Prepare/compilation all sorts of software reports related to capacity building and training.
∎ Report the achievements and results per capacity building activities after training conduction.
∎ Keep update the process and progress documentation in line with monitoring requirements.
∎ Assist to prepare donor report to Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator and Program Coordinator.
∎ Reporting Person: S/she will be responsible for reporting to Project Coordinator.

∎ Job Summary:
∎ The Training Facilitator will play lead roles to Coordinate Participatory Assessment with Staffs for Action Plan and conduction orientation on capacity building components (Training and Coaching & Mentoring), regulations, community campaign and other software activities.
∎ S/he will assess training needs of staff and also facilitate/coordinate training for activities related to project. S/he will also work with other project staff to develop capacity building curriculum, modules and materials. The Training Facilitator will work as focal point for all activity related capacity building, training and awareness activities of his/her defined working area.
∎ The Training Facilitator has to ensure efficient use of project resources including human resources.. S/he should take special drive to streamlining the equity & inclusion, disability and gender in program planning and implementation. The specific responsibilities and tasks are summarized below:
