∎ Ability to communicate in English and Bangle language effectively, both orally and in writing.
∎ Able to summarize the results or observation.
∎ 15 years experience in Training and Project Management will be given preference

∎ Conduct training programs in agribusiness, agricultural marketing, agricultural economics, agriculture, horticulture, agronomy, postharvest technology, or related fields.
∎ Facilitate month-long training programs in various locations across the country.
∎ The job duration is 24 months from the date of joining.
∎ Assist the Team Leader with planning, supervision, and monitoring.
∎ Design and develop training modules and guidelines.
∎ Ensure timely implementation of each project component and deliverables.
∎ Conduct capacity-building training for project stakeholders.
∎ Provide necessary support in managing SHGs (Self-Help Groups).
∎ Facilitate the local committee with necessary support.
∎ Manage project activities efficiently.
∎ Assist in conducting large-scale training programs.
∎ Monitor capacity-building activities.
∎ Conduct training for project field staff and participants.
∎ Supervise employee training and operational monitoring.
∎ Develop reports based on requirements.
∎ Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for office activities.
∎ Support project documentation efforts.
∎ Conduct field visits as required by the project.
∎ Adopt a learning-by-doing approach in training.
∎ Design and develop project training modules.
∎ Travel extensively to collect data and supervise surveys in rural areas of Bangladesh.

∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and prepare detailed reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for donors.
