Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any reputed Institutions
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set-up training schedules for new hires and plan continuous training for current workers.
∎ Need to mobilize the new sites with proper manpower collection.
∎ Fulfill the vacant position of manpower in new and existing sites.
∎ Provides training to employees on safety topics required by the employer. These include fire prevention plans, machine guarding, and hazardous materials handling
∎ Responsible for reviewing and meeting all types of safety standard requirements for record-keeping.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of each training session through surveys and personnel assessment records.
∎ Introduce new staff quickly and efficiently - Induction training
∎ Site inspection will be core duty during site visit.
∎ Responsible for existing and new Employee verification and document collection
∎ Conduct orientation training and in-service training to explain company's policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience of Cleaning training and manpower collection in a cleaning/security company
∎ Previous Housekeeping and safety training experience required
∎ Highly responsible & reliable
∎ Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Salary: Negotiable
