Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Training and Logistics Assistant (TLA) will work under the guidance and supervision of the Project Manager/Team Leader and the component lead and will report to the same. Overall, the TSA will provide support to the UNOPS-NRP Team in the implementation of the project with emphasis on essential UNOPS procedures in the areas of procurement, logistics and administration. The TLA will provide specific project administrative support and in the delivery of training courses, workshops, conference and other related project activities/events.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years of experience in project support functions are required in combination with a high school degree. A BA or a MA degree may substitute for some or all the required years of experience respectively;
∎ At least 1 years' experience in proving training support in the areas of logistics arrangements, documentation and general secretariat support;
∎ Experience in doing translation for training materials and interpretation during training event;
∎ Experience working and coordinating with government entities/ department and coordinating;
