Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer with a strong background in both childcare and elderly care, who has successfully completed NSDA Level 2, NSDA Level 3 (Childcare and Elderly Care), and CBT&A training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical training sessions, conducting assessments, supporting student development, and contributing to administrative and project-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Instruction
Conduct both theoretical and hands-on practical classes in line with NSDA Level 2 and Level 3 curriculum standards.
Ensure participatory and learner-centered training delivery for adult learners.
Conduct formative assessments to evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Student Support & Counseling
Provide one-on-one and group counseling to students to foster emotional resilience, compassion, and professionalism.
Actively engage in student mentorship to promote the development of ethically grounded and empathetic caregivers.
Administration & Documentation
Assist with training administration, including attendance, evaluations, and maintaining training records.
Contribute to the preparation of project-related documentation, reports, and case studies.
Recruitment & Placement
Support the recruitment of students for new batches by participating in community outreach and promotional activities.
Assist in coordinating job placement and employer engagement for trained caregivers.
Extracurricular Engagement
Plan and implement extracurricular activities that promote teamwork, communication skills, and a sense of community among students.
