Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree /BSc./Diploma in Nursing/ MATS

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Must have TVET or Training Center running experience

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain the training curriculum for caregivers
∎ Recruit caregivers and provide training to be job ready
∎ Supervise and support trainers to provide quality training
∎ Liaise with hospitals, caregiver agents, and training institutes
∎ Visit clients' homes to measure caregivers' performances and provide feedback to improve service
∎ Present healthcare team performance and provide training to increase the quality of healthcare service providers
∎ Work with partner organizations to develop customized services for care receivers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Proven work experience in a training center or similar workplace (3 years)
∎ English proficiency in writing and speaking: Professional
∎ MS Office skills, especially in Excel
∎ Understanding of elder care, home care, and community care
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and timely manner
∎ For work purposes, you have to travel locally

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
