Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required;
  • Master’s degree in Education, Social Science, Development Studies, Nursing, or relevant field preferred.
  • Need to have Level 4 CBT&AMinimum 5 years of experience in program management and training facilitation, including at least 2 years in skills development or adult education.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and experienced “Center-In-Charge” to lead the operations, training implementation, and strategic management of AYAT Care Training Institute. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program and project implementation with government and development agencies, along with experience in adult learning, skills training, and workforce development.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Implementation & Coordination

    • Lead the implementation of training programs funded by the government and development agencies.

    • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans and reports.

    • Prepare project case studies, outcome reports, and relevant documentation.

  • Training & Quality Assurance

    • Supervise and support the trainer team in delivering high-quality instruction aligned with AYAT Care’s standards.

    • Monitor training sessions to ensure effective lecture delivery and adherence to approved curricula.

    • Facilitate curriculum development and revision processes as needed.

  • Student Recruitment & Career Services

    • Oversee student recruitment strategies in collaboration with community partners and marketing teams.

    • Provide career counseling and coordinate with job placement services for graduates.

    • Ensure alignment with ethical and safe migration practices.

  • Administrative & Financial Oversight

    • Supervise day-to-day administrative functions of the training center.

    • Monitor financial records and coordinate with the Accounts Department to ensure compliance with project budgets and institutional policies.

  • Stakeholder & Partnership Management

    • Maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including government entities, development partners, recruitment agencies, and employer organizations.

    • Represent AYAT Care in relevant meetings, forums, and policy dialogues.
