Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize sales skill training for sales team.
∎ Monitor the subordinates and give feedback to the superiors.
∎ Continually check the product knowledge of the sales team.
∎ Organize the training session when needed.
∎ Prepare and assess training materials.
∎ Arrange different types of training session for the sales team.
∎ Submit weekly and monthly report.
∎ Support and mentor new employees.
∎ Any other task as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Excellent communication skill in both Bangla and English
∎ Proficient in computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
∎ Must be honest and emotionally intelligent
∎ Talented fresh graduates are highly encourage to apply.
