Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up with Distribution Sales Officer (DSO) & Distribution Acquisition Officer (DAO) and ensure the set target of the distribution house is achieved.
∎ Find out vacant areas where agent is not available and onboard them to ensure agent availability.
∎ Ensure company visibility in the market.
∎ Monitor distributor/agent stock & cash management as per the guidance by the concerned line manager.
∎ Daily market visit to find out service & agent gaps and collect competition information.
∎ Coordinate with the respective person for any sort of market and operational issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Freshers are highly encouraged to apply for Trainee Relationship Officer (TRO) Position
∎ For Assistant Relationship Officer (ARO) minimum of 01 Year of relevant experience is required.
∎ Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Outside Dhaka)

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 22000 (Monthly)
