Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the ERP implementation team to understand project requirements and objectives.
∎ Assist in the configuration, customization, and testing of ERP software modules.
∎ Provide technical support to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phase.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP systems, including software bugs and user errors.
∎ Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of ERP functionalities and best practices.
∎ Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for future reference.
