Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
∎ Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment verification, and collection activities.
∎ Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger accounts.
∎ Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
∎ Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
∎ Assist in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
