Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make all the assigned Agent outlets profitable and business feasible.
∎ Achieve Sales target as per budget & objectives of the assigned territory.
∎ Developing new business and market opportunities.
∎ Ensure popularization of banking products, digital financial services in target markets especially in rural segments.
∎ Maintain very good public relations with different offices and influential sectors.
∎ Should have a positive attitude to take challenges and meet deadlines.
∎ Utilize professional networks to improve relationships with current customers and reach out to new prospects.
∎ Implement organizational policies & strategies to compete with competitors.
∎ Forecast market demand/agent demand and achieve sales target.
∎ Through excellent sales service ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have motorcycle and valid driving license
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business.
∎ Customer focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly
Salary:
∎ For fresh graduates- Tk. 8,000/month (during Trainee Period of 3 months). After confirmation salary can be Tk. 12,000 to Tk. 16,000. Salary structure may vary for experienced candidates.
