Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating overall customer requirements.
∎ Designs new opportunities by analyzing functional requirements of a project, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying team capabilities.
∎ Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements, forming project team, establishing project budget.
∎ Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, bench marking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be a team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and ambition.
∎ Strong verbal/written communication and facilitation skills.
∎ Experience as a Business Analyst on technology projects may add additional advantage in the recruitment process.
