Education:

The candidate should have Diploma in Agriculture with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations from any recognized institution. (Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential candidate)

• To achieve targeted production and sales target as per yearly budget.

• Physical check of the inventory to ensure accurate physical balance and minimum damage / loss.

• Examine plants for diseases, insects, wildlife damage, and weeds to protect the health of the plants

• To build good relationship with the customer to promote sales, organize fair & other promotional activities to achieve sales targets

• Ensuring the productivity, welfare and administrative function. Monitoring the production process for minimizing the cost

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
