∎ Graduate from any reputed public or private University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the Regional Merchandising Plan with the directions from central team to complete the activities as per Trade Marketing Activity Calendar.
∎ Manage all the field force operation by 3rd party effectively to achieve the regional trade marketing goals and objectives.
∎ Keeping proper update and records for marketing properties, proper visibility and usage of the assets and their needful maintenance.
∎ Supervise Area / Zonal initiatives for maximum success and timely execution, evaluate and report on their performance.
∎ Budget / Expense management and cost optimization for local initiatives.
∎ Assist to drive loyalty programs focusing key retail outlets.
∎ Develop the functional skill development program of the dealers and retailers by regular briefing on campaigns, Merchandising Projects, Offers and Promotions.
∎ Conduct market visit to collect market insights.
∎ Help to generate sales to meet organizational goals and targets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Previous experience in Trade Marketing/Sales and Distribution in any reputed organization will be an added benefit
∎ Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Resource and Time Management, Information Management
∎ Trade Marketing Capability
∎ Take ownership of the work and be Pro-active.
∎ Extensive traveling for work
∎ Knows how to ride motorcycle (must have driving license)
Salary:
∎ As per company policy.
