Advertising Ageny, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Chain shop, Chemical Industries, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Farming, Food (Packaged)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Do the needful evaluation & research for the demand of our Products.
∎ Visit & meet the customers as frequently as possible.
∎ Prepare a Trade promotion plan as per the demand of customers.
∎ Negotiating with vendors to ensure that products are sold at the best possible price.
∎ Receiving customers` feedback/ problems and solving them without delay.
∎ Prepare budget and report as per the requirement of higher management.
∎ Take special care to collect the dues without any delay.
∎ Any other relevant assignments were given by the management from time to time
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Revenue target for assigned part of Territory/Distribution.
∎ Achieve Distribution Target in terms of new outlet expansion.
∎ Manage Distribution Operation for assigned Distribution Area.
∎ Manage Distribution Hygiene all across the functions of Distribution Operation as guided by company.
∎ Ensure 100% Sales Compliance as per regulators directives.
∎ Ensure Trade Visibility & Effective campaign communication at channels.
∎ Develop & Lead Distributor's Field Force.
∎ Optimize & monitor company provided resources to support distribution activities.
∎ Ensure Digital product availability through channel partners and even distribution.
∎ Implement Digital/ Hybrid Distribution.
∎ Implement Distributor Financing.

∎ Age 20 to 29 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
