Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
∎ Additional Degree MBA will be Preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage operation of the electronic toll collection system, in collaboration with the senior manager.
∎ Plan, Organize and conduct toll duty operations & supervise toll administrative staff & Toll collectors.
∎ Overall administrative, financial & audit matters of toll operation.
∎ Manage internal support systems and train all staff.
∎ Assist with all functions and day-to-day activities.
∎ Assist with daily toll operations process and maintain the whole operation.
∎ Collect & maintain daily transaction reports.
∎ Assist and maintain, the overall automotion process and solve any issues.
∎ Acted as a focal point.
∎ Inventory supplies and complete restock of supplies on hand.
∎ Collaborate with all corporate functions to ensure program success (HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, etc).
∎ Provide AD HOC to employees & other government & non-government authorities.
∎ Apply project management to assist operational projects as assigned.
∎ Motivate, coach, mentor and develop staff.
∎ Ensure load quality, timelines, and work efficiency goals are met.
∎ Manage the development, tracking and reporting of KPIs.
∎ Report all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
∎ Plan, direct, control, and monitor the Operations department budget(s).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Both males and third genders are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7 Years of working Experience with 03 (three) years in a relevant field.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
