∎ Responsibilities:
∎ . Manage end-to-end ticketing processes for domestic and international travel.
∎ . Handle visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.Liaise with airlines, embassies, and other travel-related entities to facilitate smooth processes.
∎ . Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries related to travel documentation.
∎ . Stay updated on visa policies, travel regulations, and industry trends.
