Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation: Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Travelport, Saber & Amadeus), Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
∎ Updating and logging all customer data
∎ Relationship Maintain with Airlines & GDS personnel.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Sell Tickets and Reservations.
∎ All other duties as directed by the Management.
∎ Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
∎ Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
∎ Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers' desired travel dates.
∎ Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
∎ Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
∎ Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
∎ Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
∎ Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
∎ Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
∎ Advise clients on visa requirements and assist with visa applications.
∎ Manage and oversee the visa department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
∎ Ensure compliance with visa regulations and requirements, and keep up-to-date with any changes or updates.
∎ Coordinate with external agencies, embassies, and consulates to obtain visas and resolve any issues related to visa applications.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote visa services, and increase sales.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including handling any complaints or issues that may arise.
∎ Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their job responsibilities effectively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must Have Ticketing Experience
∎ Well conversant in Computer application,
∎ Good in Communication in Both English & Bangla
∎ Should have good interpersonal skill.
Salary: Negotiable
