Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend Customers & Meet their travel requirements.
∎ Ensure Reservation & Ticketing according to custom's requirement for Airlines, Hotel & others Packages.
∎ Maintain and develop effective customer relationship.
∎ Provide fare quotation and pricing to the customers.
∎ Ensure Customer Service, Reservation and Ticketing and other front line activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Must have 1-2 years of Experience in Ticketing
∎ Must Have Ticketing Experience
∎ Well conversant in Computer application,
∎ Good in Communication in Both English & Bangla
∎ Should have good interpersonal skill.
∎ Must be Familiar with GDS System (Galileo)
∎ Must Know About Online Ticketing
∎ Must Know about Issuing tickets, Re-Issue, Refund, Calculation Etc.

Salary: Negotiable
