∎ Familiarity with ticketing and reservation systems Galileo, Amadeus and Sabre is mandatory.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Description: The Ticketing & Reservation Officer shall be responsible to help passengers to plan for their trips. Answer questions on travel arrangements such as routes and time schedules. Shall make and confirms reservations. Calculate the expenses and sell tickets to the passengers.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing Customer service
∎ Make accurate bookings for customers
∎ Handle customer complaints and feedback
∎ Take reservations
∎ Make changes to existing reservations
∎ Organize bookings
∎ Selling and promoting reservation services
∎ Taking enquiries from customers
∎ Answer customer questions
∎ Process salvage tickets as requested
