Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ticketing & reservation, Creating PNR using Amadeus.
∎ Dealing with Customers' queries and complaints about Ticketing.
∎ Quick respond to Clients' queries
∎ Making invoices & ticketing
∎ Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
∎ Skilled in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel), Internet Browsing and Fast Typing (Both English & Bengali).
∎ Candidate must be self-motivated & willing to work under pressure. Must be smart, positive and hardworking.
∎ Should follow the office timing, rules and other terms as per company policy.
∎ Should be honest and ethical.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ work experience in World-Class Water Park Project / Five-star Hotel / Resort.
∎ Preference will be given to the individuals who are expert on Ticketing Software Systems.
Salary: Negotiable
