Responsibilities & Context:

Ticket Reservation Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries for air ticket bookings (domestic and international).

  • Search and compare flight options to offer the best itinerary and price.

  • Make reservations using GDS/online platforms (Galileo).

  • Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as per customer requests.

  • Inform customers of fare rules, baggage allowance, and travel policies.

  • Track ticket deadlines, refunds, and cancellation policies.

  • Maintain daily reports of bookings, cancellations, and sales.

Visa Processing Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through visa application procedures for various countries.

  • Check and collect all required documents from clients.

  • Fill out visa forms accurately (online/offline) and prepare application files.

  • Book visa appointment dates at embassies or online portals.

  • Communicate with embassies, consulates, and VFS centers when required.

  • Track and update clients on application status.

  • Maintain accurate records of clients, documents, and application timelines.

  • Ensure confidentiality of client documents and personal information.

  • Stay updated with changing visa rules and embassy requirements.

  • Provide pre-departure guidance to approved applicants.

Client Relationship Responsibilities:

  • Greet and handle walk-in and phone clients professionally.

  • Clearly explain different working visa options (Europe, Gulf, Malaysia, etc.).

  • Convince clients about the services, process, and benefits.

  • Guide clients step-by-step through the visa application process.

  • Collect required documents from clients and check for accuracy.

  • Maintain daily client follow-up records and update status.

  • Handle objections and answer all client queries politely and confidently.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (ticket, admin, documentation) for smooth processing.

  • Maintain confidentiality of client information.

  • Help build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
