Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop potential customers in Knit Dyeing/ Woven dyeing/ Garment washing for textile chemical products, and Implement sales plans to achieve targets.
∎ Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
∎ Handle orders, complaints, and technical issues.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitors. Collect customer feedback for product and service improvement
∎ Understand the features and applications of our products.
∎ Provide technical support and training to customers.
∎ This job's responsibilities are working as a professional textile auxiliary sales engineer.
