• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Operational:

• Assessment and Grading for Birichina & Celsius Test Reports of Fabric and Garments (Base, Bulk, GAAL. For Sainsbury, George & M&S buyer.

• Review on internal testing, accurate reporting and sharing of results to relevant departments as per H&M RA sheet of Birichina and Celsius garment units for H&M buyer.

• Prepare H & M Buyer Own Risk assessment sheet

• Review Own Risk Assessment Sheet and H&M Risk Assessment Sheet any discrepancies to the concerned person via email.

• Keep up to date H & M Buyer manual; documentation and file up in proper way

• Keep up to date H & M Buyer in-house & 3rd party Test report and file up in proper way

• Keep up to date Sainsbury Test report and file up in proper way

Technical:

• Collect all kinds guarantee letters or certificate for incoming material which are related with H & M Buyer for every supplier.

• Collect all kinds T2 Supplier test report, T2 TOF TEST, T1 COC for incoming material which are related with H & M Buyer for every supplier.

• Conduct regular performance reviews ensuring that team members are developed, and appropriate training and updates are provided to ensure ongoing testing with internal processes and procedures and external requirements and regulations.

• Prepare monthly testing bill and co-ordinate with accounts department.

• Create MR for 3rd party testing bill as co-relation, lab Accreditation and Self reference.
