• HSC
• Bachelor/Honors

• At most 1 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Preference will be given to those with previous experience in commodity marketing and sales.

1. Orders have to be taken from the dealers every day and the orders have to be reported to the office authority
2. Every dealer position visit and also their market and retailer shop visiting face to face
3. Ability to achieve the All due balance of all dealers & company markets.
4. Visiting the market with Approved post
5. Ability to achieve the months target
6. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
7. Regular follow-up with existing/ potential Dealer
8. Build a strong relationship with the Dealer
9. Market visit, Dealer hunt and creating market opportunity.
10. Challenge Accept to promote the new product in market segment
11. Prepare daily report as required by management.
12. Develop the company`s brand image
13. Promotional activities
