Chemical Industries
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create new dealership at vacant area for expanding market share.
∎ Capable of expanding new dealer network to achieve sales growth.
∎ Plan and achieve new Dealer network expansion target by monthly, quarterly and yearly with searching new customer.
∎ Maintain new dealer inquiries & application data.
∎ Developing a market for company's assign products.
∎ To perform market development related initiatives according to the given instructions of the superiors.
∎ To monitor the Sales Team and evaluate their performances.
∎ To achieve Sales Target of the Company.
∎ Must have patience to work in the field level.
∎ Ready to take any kind of responsibilities given by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): sales & marketing in Chemical Industry.
∎ Be trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential documents with safety & responsible attitude.
∎ Travel frequently all over the territory.
∎ Conversant with MS Office applications
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Provident fund, Insurance, Gratuity, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
