Responsibilities & Context:
S. Alam Group, one of the leading business conglomerates in the country engaged in services and production sectors specially C.I Sheets, Color Coated Iron sheet, Vegetable oil, Cement, C.R Coil, transportation services, Gas Refueling Station, P.P Woven Bags, Shrimp Hatchery, Refined Sugar, Agro farms, Natural Gas, Fuel based Power Generation Plant, Real Estate, Import and Trading of commercial items, storage service of Crude Oils etc. with a mission to improve the quality of life of the people of Bangladesh.
We are going to recruit sales Personnel and we invite competent, committed and dynamic people to join our S. Alam Cement Sales Team to fill the mentioned position:
Major Job Responsibilities:
Achieve sales target for the assigned territory.
Achieve Company objectives along with Dealers; monitoring distributors and ensuring lifting according to plan.
Identify untapped market and strive to grab the market.
Identify new distributors, dealers in assigned area; Create Strong Distribution Channel; Motivate the Distributors; Ensure highest level of Customer Service.
Maintain Continuous connection with dealers & retailers.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
Prepare daily sales Report and monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Seek and continuously develop own product knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics, and communicate this relevant department in the company.
