Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Channel partners' Business Hygiene and product lifting of dealers and channel distributors in all segments as per weekly, monthly, and yearly targets.
∎ Ensure the sales target of Consumer Electronics & Home Appliance products’ achievement aligns with the dealers and retail managers of modern retail partners.
∎ Follow up on Sales operations, store operations, replenishment, and sales promotion.
∎ Manage inventory at the outlet level to ensure timely replenishment and optimal stock levels at outlets.
∎ Develop & implement the Consumer Electronics & Home Appliance brand’s visual merchandising guidelines to create an attractive and cohesive store display.
∎ Spot out channel gaps and scrutinize the reasons for channel gaps to set milestones of channel activation and expansion in line with business growth objectives.
∎ Assist in Daily, weekly, and monthly sales report generation.
∎ Achieve Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Sales Plan; Primary & Secondary.
∎ Analyze sales performance to understand the execution strategies, sales trends, market environment and competition.
∎ Monitor and handle partners' functions and the appointment of new distributors/retailers/modern trade in uncovered areas.
∎ Allocate Stock allocation according to the sales trend analysis in different outlets/retailers/distributors.
∎ Reconcile partners' ledger accounts and solve issues regarding any discrepancies raised on partner-wise inventory/payment issues.
∎ Cooperate with the Finance and Audit team to comply with company policy and strictly monitor the inventory movement.
∎ Ensure numeric distribution & appoint a new dealer for Consumer Electronics & Home Appliance for a particular territory.
∎ Monitor sales, customer feedback, and operational issues.
∎ Visit potential sites to assess visibility, accessibility, footfall & commercial viability and coordinate with the property owner to negotiate favorable rent terms in alignment with brand goals.
∎ Expand business and deal with more new modern trades/distributors/retailers.
