Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)/Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)/Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collect orders of cosmetic products from the retailers through sales Officers and to monitor Sales Officers.
∎ To communicate the sales order to the distributor or Sales Officer and Sales Manager.
∎ To collect payment from the retailers or dealers and to monitor collection of Sales Officers.
∎ To distribute the products to the dealers or retailers.
∎ To monitor sales growth of Sales Officer every day.
∎ To achieve sales target.
∎ To create new customers and distributors.
∎ To promote the cosmetics products.
∎ To ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of International Standard.
∎ Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management.
∎ To ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
∎ To ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
