Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring Field force team.
∎ Comparing primary sales and secondary sales.
∎ Conduct collection plan on monthly basis.
∎ Follow up daily collection plan given by field force.
∎ Follow up regarding daily sales of Sales Representatives.
∎ Encouraging sales team to achieve given target.
∎ Initiating monthly salary of field sales team.
∎ Initiating TA/DA, all commission & Incentive of sales team as per company policy.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in Challenging & Promising Environment and under pressure.
∎ Ability to work hard.
