Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential customers, market trends and competitors in the cement industry within your assigned territory.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and expand the customer base.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
∎ Set and achieve sales targets and objectives for your territory, ensuring consistent growth in sales revenue and market share.
∎ Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features and benefits to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of the company's cement products to customers.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the advantages of the company's products.
∎ Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Handle order processing, documentation, and coordination with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant data to provide insights and support decision-making.
∎ Gather market feedback and customer insights to help the company make informed decisions regarding product development and marketing strategies.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and ethical standards in all sales activities.
∎ Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend industry events as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record in sales, preferably in the cement or construction industry.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
∎ Knowledge of the local construction and building materials market is a plus.
∎ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Preference will be given to those having work experience related to cement sales only.
