∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the activities of the SR, Distributors & DSRs.
∎ Ensure realization of online transaction against daily sales.
∎ Check accurately and approve TA/DA bills of the SR.
∎ Train the Sales Forces regarding product knowledge and professional skill development.
∎ Monitor the competitor's activities and provide on time effective solutions of field sales force.
∎ Develop & implement effective sales strategies.
∎ Assist DSM to prepare and execute monthly and annual sales plan.
∎ Negotiate and settle agreements with critical customers.
∎ Identify and solve market related problems.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have experience in any renown FMCG (Food Product) in relevant area.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per company policy.
