Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
Implement sales strategies to increase market share and improve revenue growth.
Lead and mentor junior sales staff to meet sales objectives.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit control policies.
Prepare and submit sales forecasts and reports to management regularly.
Conduct market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
