Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for some dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to manage territory sales and support market expansion across its Spice & Agro product portfolio including spices, muri, chira, mango bar, mustard oil, and other agro-based consumer food items.
Responsibilities:
Manage sales activities within the assigned territory
Achieve sales targets across the product portfolio
Develop and maintain dealer and distributor networks
Monitor the activities of Sales officers
Conduct regular market visits and collect orders
Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence
Prepare and submit regular sales reports
Ensure proper execution of sales plans
