• Masters

• 2 to 6 years

• Age 26 to 34 years

• Valid motorcycle driving license is required.

• 2 to 6 years' experience in the FMCG sector/industry will get preference.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools

• Supervision experience with sales automation system will be given extra advantage.

We are looking for some dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to manage territory sales and support market expansion across its Spice & Agro product portfolio including spices, muri, chira, mango bar, mustard oil, and other agro-based consumer food items.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales activities within the assigned territory

• Achieve sales targets across the product portfolio

• Develop and maintain dealer and distributor networks

• Monitor the activities of Sales officers

• Conduct regular market visits and collect orders

• Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports

• Ensure proper execution of sales plans

• Monthly Sales Incentive Based on Sales Achievement
