∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline from a reputed university
∎ Business Graduate from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Handling Distributors or Dealers, Retail Management, retail Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Mobile Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect adequate market information in formulating and implementing marketing & sales strategies.
∎ Analyze and report sales performance with recommendation for improvement.
∎ Ensure sales achievement
∎ Tracking of competition strategies & activities and recommending necessary measures.
∎ Require to deal with distributors/dealers.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective customer service.
∎ Planned market and customer visit.
∎ Devises new ways to increase sales and productivity in the territory.
∎ Manages territory budget and ensures that all expenses stay within that budget Provide marketing assistance to sales team through answering clients and product inquiries.
∎ Manage distribution, sales, service of respective market.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to lead and motivate a team
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Skilled user of Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word & Microsoft PowerPoint
∎ Excellent time management & customer service skills
∎ Self-motivated with a high level of confidence

Salary: Negotiable
