• Only qualified and experienced candidates from Rajshahi, Rangpur, and Khulna divisions are invited to apply.
• Candidates will be offered the opportunity to work within their respective districts.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Dealer Management.
• Must be capable of appointing new dealers and recruiting sales officers.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a sales territory effectively.
• Candidates with experience in Electronics, Lighting, or FMCG sectors will be given preference.
• Must own a motorcycle with a valid driving license.
• Must be willing to travel frequently within the assigned area.

• Responsible for developing and supervising dealers and retailers within the assigned area.
• Must plan and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Actively promote company products, increase sales, and expand the market.
• Conduct market analysis and collect competitor information to report to the company.
• Responsible for debt collection and territory development.
