- Only qualified and experienced candidates from Rajshahi, Rangpur, and Khulna divisions are invited to apply.
- Candidates will be offered the opportunity to work within their respective districts.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Dealer Management.
- Must be capable of appointing new dealers and recruiting sales officers.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a sales territory effectively.
- Candidates with experience in Electronics, Lighting, or FMCG sectors will be given preference.
- Must own a motorcycle with a valid driving license.
- Must be willing to travel frequently within the assigned area.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible for developing and supervising dealers and retailers within the assigned area.
- Must plan and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Actively promote company products, increase sales, and expand the market.
- Conduct market analysis and collect competitor information to report to the company.
- Responsible for debt collection and territory development.
