∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelor Degree in any Decepline institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Driving primary and secondary sales in line with the company's growth target
∎ Managing distributors through providing support in distributors' business planning and execution
∎ Leading, developing and monitoring the field force and sales Officers to ensure the sales target
∎ Ensuring product availability and visibility through flawless execution of trade and merchandising activities in the market
∎ Driving the Basic Sales KPIs of Individuals and Teams.
∎ Developing Sales Officers' capability through planning, calendar preparation and coaching (classroom & on the job).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have personal motor bike license and motor bike.
∎ Must be prepared mentally for work in any pressure situation.
∎ Experience: Candidates having a minimum of 2-3 years experience as Territory Sales Manager (TSM) in Sales.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
∎ salary will given 18000 taka TA/DA will given also. There is attractive incentives for target achievers
