∎ Candidates should have the ability to work independently and under pressure
∎ Good Communication Skill
∎ Good Inter Personal relationship
∎ Able to travel frequently
∎ Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Must have workable knowledge in MS Office Applications
∎ Minimum 2-3 years working experience as Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan territory targets and do sales projections monthly periodically.
∎ Distribution Management
∎ Product Placement & Secondary target must have to achieve on daily basis with maintain MSN (Minimum Stock Norms).
∎ Ensure regular monitoring and proper ESR management effectively.
∎ Ensure and monitor distribution ROI periodically.
∎ Brief and monitor new campaigns and results to all stakeholder.
∎ Monitor and manage execution tools/POSM for trade marketing and promotion.
∎ Create new retailers and ensure product visibility and availability within the assigned territory at maximum level.
∎ Provide different market insights to management for strategy formation.
∎ Plan and prepare different reports for line manager whenever required.
∎ Provide monthly targets to distributors and plan accordingly to achieve the target number.
∎ Achieve territory-wise primary, secondary, and tertiary sales target monthly and quarterly as assigned by management.
∎ Lead, manage, develop and assess brand promoters.
∎ Electra Mobile Limited (National Distributor of Xiaomi Mobile Bangladesh) is one of the reputed company in Bangladesh, hereby inviting applications for the post of “Territory Sales Manager/Sr.Territory Sales Manager” to be recruited for Sales Department.
∎ Key Accountabilities:
∎ Plan territory targets and do sales projections monthly periodically.
