∎ Overall follow up and monitoring capability under assign area
∎ Distribution and Brand shop end to end management
∎ Ensure primary by partners
∎ Achieve sales and collection target as per business plan
∎ To execute sales plans among all sales person to the downward level in territory
∎ Aiming to achieve Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annual target & touch the personal Goal
∎ Ensure partners ROI
∎ Focus on brand image development
∎ Should have proper knowledge regarding industry, competitors and promotional activities
∎ Prepare market visit plan through route chart & ensure proper market visit of different areas of Dealers to generate sales
∎ Sales data collection from market with all product and their alternatives and disseminate information in weekly and monthly basis
∎ Develop new dealers & build up personal relationship with all partners
∎ Electra Mobile Limited (National Distributor of Xiaomi Mobile Bangladesh) is one of the reputed company in Bangladesh, hereby inviting applications for the post of “Area Sales Manager” to be recruited for Sales Department
