Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make territory wise sales plan and achieve monthly primary & secondary sales target.
∎ Monitor SR and review sales performance.
∎ Manage distributor and ensure availability of products to the assigned territory.
∎ Analyze sales data & make a report.
∎ Golden Oil Mills Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to oversee and drive sales activities within a designated territory. TSM will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing team and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving business growth.
