Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet monthly sales & collection according to the company policy.
∎ To follow marketing activities as per company policy.
∎ Set sales targets and plan accordingly and take initiatives to hit the target.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential new clients.
∎ Build a strong rapport with customers.
∎ Visit market, hunt new clients & dealers, and act to create new market opportunities, and report to the line manager on regular basis.
∎ Responsible for collection and product delivery in a timely manner.
∎ Increase sales by developing new parties.
∎ Regularly check & monitor the parties on credit accounts and act to drive the credit collection.
∎ Visit the assigned dealers/party areas in accordance with the route plan.
∎ Conduct market surveys for data collection to develop new products or increase the product line.
∎ Daily Check-In & Check-Out is mandatory in tracking software.

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Client Relationship Management, (FMCG) Sales & Marketing.
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing.
∎ Experienced candidates from North Bengal regions will get preference.
