Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This role requires regular visits to retailers and close monitoring of the Sales team’s performance to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
∎ Identify potential customers and ensure the database is regularly updated for effective communication.·
∎ Acquire new customers and retain existing clients to drive sales growth.·
∎ Facilitate increased sales revenue alongside heightened levels of client satisfaction.·
∎ Support the implementation of sales promotional plans for our products to enhance both brand and product visibility.·
∎ Collaborate with distribution and logistics teams to ensure the availability of products.·
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products and competitor's products, prices, features and promotional activities regularly to get a better understanding of the existing market.·
∎ Motivate Sales Officers to achieve sales targets and evaluate their performance based on their ability or inability to achieve sales targets.·
∎ Prepare the reports (e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target vs. achievement, etc.) and submit it to Regional/ Divisional Head and sales admin on a regular basis.
