Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor from reputed University with good academic result.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Toiletries, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure unit-wise sales target achievement of the territory and markets respectively.
∎ Analyze the Reports of the SOs and provide solution.
∎ Take initiative to train and develop the skills of the SOs.
∎ Suggest Regional Manager regarding the challenges for SO development.
∎ Evaluate performance of the SOs and report in details to the RSM.
∎ Collect market information and track competitors' activities.
∎ Ensure in-time delivery by the distributors.
∎ Plan with distributors regarding product arrangement and market return reduction.
∎ Keep relation with potential Party and distributors in the territory.
∎ Ensure timely product lifting and maintain safety stock as per policy.
∎ Collect money from distributors and deposit to company in time.
∎ Properly check and send replacement items according to policy.
∎ Prepare "Weekly Working Summary" based on the reports of the SOs and personal market visit and submit it to the Regional Sales Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Electronics and Home Appliance Industries will get preference.
∎ Willing to work any where in Bangladesh.
∎ Smart, energetic and hard working.
∎ Good organisation and planning skills.
∎ Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers.
∎ 1-2 Years of experience in similar position.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive Salary Package for the deserving candidates.
