Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Territory Sales Target and Evaluate Retailers & Dealers performance.
∎ Ensure to maximize the potential sales for Retailer and Dealer and Support to increase Sales of assigned area.
∎ Build strong Sales and Marketing network in the segment of Dealers, Retailers & End users.
∎ Ensure optimum level of stocks at all times.
∎ Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objective.
∎ Accomplish any other job assigned by the senior.
∎ Develop Areas for Retailers/Dealers by follow-up of regular sales order and payment.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market report on sales and distribution.
∎ Plan and achieve the primary & secondary sales target through distribution, productivity, coverage, visibility and merchandising.
∎ Continuous and relevant field visit for customer sourcing, attending sales call and promotional activities.
∎ Provide necessary coaching for sales team.
∎ Effectively control on distributor's performance.
∎ Set performance norms for the SO/SR and monitor their performance.
∎ Help to prepare SO/SR itinerary for effective coverage at optimum frequencies.
∎ Report to higher management the day-to-day operation on regular intervals.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 02 to 03 year's experience in Sales and Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Dealer create, Corporate Sales, Direct Sales, Retail Sales, FMCG Sales & Marketing.
∎ Food (Packaged) sales experience gets preferred.
∎ Experienced candidate will be given preference.
∎ Have to take Challenge & be smart.
∎ Excellent communications skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Excellent team player.
∎ Experienced candidates from any reputed FMCG, Food and Beverage industry are especially encouraged to apply.
